The DC Metro HBCU Alumni Alliance Higher Education Committee will be awarding five (5) $1,000 scholarships to incoming U.S. HBCU freshmen during fall 2023 semester. All application application submissions MUST be from students from the DMV, Baltimore, or VA/MD Eastern Shore areas. Applications open on 12/17/22 and are due by 2/17/23 at 11:59PM EST.
